Shadesong stepped into the large camp of RainClan, his musky fur standing on end. He looked puffy and angry. It was scary for him, being around strange cats he hadn't met. They did different things then he did. He watched, in amazement at the weird things they did. With a lash of his tail, he ran towards the center of the camp, hoping no one would notice.

Wolfheart yawned, padding out of the warriors den. He flicked his tail and blinked sleepily in the sunlight. He padded towards the freshkill pile when he was suddenly bowled over by a cat. "Ah, sorry, didn't see...." he trailed off his apology as he got to his feet and blinked in surprise at the strange cat in front of him. "Who are you and what are you doing in Rainclan?" he asked, more curious than angry because he never knew a cat to just come into the middle of their camp.

Shadesong looked up at the cat who stumbled over him. "Be more careful. I am Shadesong and I come from a clan that has burned and crashed. I just left the camp a few nights ago. Who are you?" he meowed in response to the cat's question. He blinked as he remembered his clan that had died, just because he didn't go with them.

Wolfheart frowned. "I'm Wolfheart, warrior of Rainclan and your in the middle of camp, I didn't expect anyone else to be out this early." he said in response, his ears flickering. "What do you want in Rainclan? And what was this clan of yours?" he asked, studying the tom. It was sad to hear about a clan burning, almost the same had happened to Aquaclan. Was this cat the only survivor?

Shadesong gazed at the cat in front of him, "I left my camp. I was searching for a new place to live, and found here. May I stay?" He acted like he didn't hear the last part of what Wolfheart said for he didn't want to talk about his clan who were with StarClan now. Then he blurted out, "I came from SnowClan. There was a bad forest fire, and now they're-- um-- I don't want to talk about it."

Grayfur stepped out of his nest in the warrior den. Luckily, Owlfoot hadn't put him on any patrols for today, which was great, because he hadn't had any sleep.
A jet-black tom, with gray markings on his back and chest stood in the camp of RainClan. The gray tom didn't recognize him, and he didn't smell like any of the other Clans. He slowly padded over to him, noticing Wolfheart speaking to the tom. Casually, Grayfur sat down, wrapped his tail around his cream-colored paws, and asked, "Erm… who are you?"

Shadesong noticed another cat next to him, "I am Shadesong." He looked at the gray tom who was sitting beside him. "Who are you?" Shadesong lashed his tail, for he was hoping for a nice greeting and he was sure he wasn't getting one. Turning, he started walking away.

"I'm Grayfur," he meowed. Where is this cat from? And what's his problem? "So... um... Shadesong, where are you from?" he finally asked, after building up the courage. He doesn't smell like a kittypet. Is he a threat? Grayfur thought for a moment about it, but kept quiet.

"Nice to meet you, Grayfur." Shadesong bowed his head, "I come from a clan that was burned by a terrible fire. I've been searching for a new home. May I stay here?" He looked at the grey tom before him and noticed he was thinking. I really need a new home. I hope they let me stay here, he though to himself, still looking at Grayfur.

Owlfoot padded out of the den, taking in the sun on his blind face. He shook his light grey fur, blinking his tired eye open. He stopped, eyeing an odd looking cat in the center of camp. He tilted his head and began to pad carefully toward the tom, still not used to this new depth perception of his.

Applesong looked through the thorny entrance of the camp. It's...Owlfoot! I know him. But the others I don't know. I wonder who they are. She darted out of the camp entrance and ran towards Owlfoot.
"I've come back!" Applesong exclaimed. "And I've missed you...and the others...and the kits and apprentices...so much."
