"Only a puddle?!" Bluepool yelped in surprise. "Well--I've never been too far inland, like I said. There are probably cats out there that have traveled farther than I care to think about." She sat down and tucked her tail around her front paws.

Flaxeyes laughed. "I haven't travelled very far either. I've been into the big twoleg place though. Honeyfrost thought it would be fun. There were monsters everywhere." She shook her head at the memory.

Bluepool half frowned. "Why in the name of StarClan would she want to go there? Didn't Honeyfrost have any idea that it would be dangerous there?" She lifted a paw to her mouth, gave it a quick lick, and sat it back on the ground.

"Honeyfrost wanted an adventure so she managed to get us all to go along. Coppertail enjoyed the smells and Owslpot made sure we didn't get hit by monsters. I guess we had fun. We met some other cats in twoleg nests on the way." Flaxeyes licked a paw and began washing her face. "I was only an apprentice then."
