ooc; Anyone can post here if they have a Beachclan cat that wouldn't mind hunting.
bic;
A small figure crouched low to the ground. It's paws moving slowly as it got closer and closer to it's prey. Once it's legs got a burst on energy, it was high in the air. The she-cat nipped the back of her mouse. "Nice catch Skystripe." The she-cat flinched as she heard the mew. Then she saw a black and white tom. It was Stormcloud. "Thanks." She said, her mouth full of mouse. He hadn't caught anything, thanks to the cold weather. Skystripe put her catch down and pushed some leaves over it. "Any luck?" She asked. Stormcloud shook his head, "Nothing."

Larkwing stepped out from behind a tall tree and saw both Skystripe and Stormcloud hunting together. "Hey guys, can I hunt with you?" she asked cheerfully. Without an answer, she looked around quickly and spotted a squirrel eating nuts behind a tall tree. She quickly got into a crouch before then springing into the action and slitting the squirrel's neck. "Should we bring this back to the Clan, or bury it?" she asked, the squirrel sitting in her paws.

Tigerstripe ran after Skystripe, Stormcloud, and Larkwing. "Hang on!" she meowed, leaping over fallen logs as she dashed through the frost-dusted pine needles carpeting the forest floor. "Coppertail sent me along after the rest of you," she explained hastily. "Sorry if I scared off any prey--which I did, knowing me--oh, I'm so clumsy..." The warrior quickly muffled a sneeze on her shoulder to avoid frightening any more small animals off.

Skystripe flinched as the two warriors starting spitting out words. She nodded slowly. Then smiled. "It's not your fault your clumsy! It's your legs! They make all the noise!" She purred. Skystripe ruffled her fur and sat down. "Bury it with my mouse." She finally said. She noticed she had ignored Larchwing and answering Tigerstripe first. "Sorry." She whispered. The multi-colored she-cat kicked her cheek, kicking away dirt. As the she-cat sniffed the air. Not a lot of prey was running about. Stormcloud stood up. "Maybe we should replace the sent markers?" Skystripe knew that he probably had the best idea at the moment. Since they were really close to to the Rainclan border, they mine as well?

Larkwing nodded in agreement at the thought and looked over at Tigerstripe. "It's nice to see you here too," she mewed happily. "So, should we freshen up the scent markers, or do some of us want to stay here and hunt? We could always hunt somewhere else, you know."

Skystripe blinked. "Our only other hunting grounds is the beach, and the water is too cold to fish in." She twisted her head around and licked her should swiftly. Stormcloud sighed. "I'll reset the markers." The black-and-white tom hopped over some bushes. Once the warrior was out of sight Skystripe sniffed the air. Mouse? She was thinking correct. There was a mouse about ten rabbit-lengths away. She was surprised their talking didn't scare it away. She got into the hunting ground. Once she stalked for about half the length, she pounced as her muscules rippled and her fangs showed. She let out a soft snarl and grabbed the mouse. She stabbed her claw into it's side as it laid limp at her paws.
