Icestar nodded. "Beachclan camp is pretty big, enough to fit all of Starclan itself. Hawkstar, you know where I am if need help." she meowed. "Coppertail, I need you to take some warriors for a hunting patrol." she ordered. "Tigerstripe is probably starving," she muttered. She padded toward her territory, signaling warriors to the direction of her camp.

“Eek.” Nightshade flicked her tail nervously. “He scares me. That would be best.” She glanced around for any sign of the rogue. “Long story about my becoming a warrior being so bad…have I told you? Oh, and can you teach me some fighting moves? A little bit of hunting wouldn’t hurt either.” She strode forward as Dream did, allowing the kittypet to keep her balance. Rockfang nodded and lifted her head. Again she yowled: “AQUACLAN! GET GOING!” Whitefire blinked once and turned to Flaxeyes. “Let’s leave. We’re not needed here anymore.” He picked up Skypaw by the scruff of her neck and turned in the direction of FrostClan territory. Quietshadow cleared his throat before speaking. “I need you to take Stormpaw back to AquaClan camp. He’s broken a leg and a rib, so try not to drop him. You can ask another warrior for help if you need some.”

Icestar looked at Quietshadow. "We need to go home," she meowed. "Rockfang, your leader is in my camp, he's probably to tired to move, you might need to keep him with Quietshadow till sunhigh tomorrow," she meowed.

Rockfang shrugged. "Okay." She began to pad back toward AquaClan territory, once again yowling for her Clan to follow. However, she circled back to Rainfeather and her apprentice. "He's almost ready to be made a warrior, I'd say. All we need is a medicine cat. I'll have to talk to Jaystar about the ceremony."

Hawkstar nodded to Icestar. "Thank you Icestar." he looked to the Rainclan warriors. "All Rainclan, follow Icestar to Beachclan. We'll rest there and return home." He then looked to Faunus. "Faunus, go back to camp and get Orchidtail and Sleetpelt. And help Sleetpelt bring all the herbs she needs for treating the injured."
Rainfeather looked up Rockfang as she circled back. She was just trying to lift Stormpaw onto her shoulders, but the apprentice was too big for her. No wonder he was about to become a warrior, he was already built like one and heavy. Stormpaw opened a eyes slightly at Rockfang's voice, giving a small painful, yet hopeful smile. "I can still become a warrior?" he asked, his voice hoarse and raspy.

"I'll help you lift him," Rockfang mewed, placing herself under Stormpaw and standing. "Of course you can. Do you promise on StarClan and the warrior code and the grave of your great-great-great-great-aunt or whoever that you will remain loyal to AquaClan under any and all circumstances?"

Rainfeather nodded her thanks, lifting him as well. Stormpaw's eyes clouded for a moment, then brightened. "Once, I wouldn't have been able to answer that truthfully. But now I'm sure. Yes, yes I promise." he replied to his mentor, his smile only faltering as he winced.

"Okay. I'll tell Jaystar that you're ready, though you probably won't be ready for full warrior duties until you're healed. We need a medicine cat," Rockfang repeated. She took a step in the direction of AquaClan. "This will be slow-going," she warned.

Coppertail sighed. "There won't be enough cats to send out," he told Icestar," I'll have to send some cat's back for Silentmask and Deadwhisker. I don't think I have the strength to carry them at the moment." He looked back at the battle field guiltily. If he wasn't so tired and his shoulder's weren't bleeding her would of carried them both back. He still couldn't believe they were dead.
Rainlight watched Rainfeather and Rockfang try to carry Stormpaw. "Careful!" she hissed," He has broken bones! He's already doing so well with only a couple of poppy seeds, try not and hurt him. If I can't set his bones right he may end up with a permanent limp. I'll have to stay in AquaClan to look after you fools." She pursed her lips grumpily. AquaClan was wet and dark, nothing like the open fields of FrostClan.
Honeyfrost licked her chest fur self-conciousily. She didn't want to seem like some blood thristy killer. She daintly lept out of the way as Badger ran her. Like a snake, she crouched and lunged at Badger's neck again. She tore more fur and flesh from him as she pulled away. She licked her lips, tasting the blood. "Come one Badger," she meowed," Are you just going to keep attacking? It'll cost you yor life you know. I'm not so kind to my prey." She smiled at him.
"I think I have time for a story," Spider meowed as he caught up with his limping sister. "I could teach you some things. Nothing fancy," he meowed smiling at Nightshade," For the meanwhile I will hunt for you. But it want last. I won't be your slave." He laughed and Dream shook her head. She mumbled something along the lines of 'pathetic'

Rockfang didn't move her head to look at Rainlight so she wouldn't drop Stormpaw. "We'll try not to. If we do, can we keep Blackpaw?" She was joking, of course, but in the mean Rockfang-like way.
"I can hunt. Just not particularily well." Nightshade flicked her ear. "Now, my explanation for lacking all basic skills should be perfectly reasonable and acceptable to you... "I'm from a place called MountainClan. My father, Coalfur, was born in BeachClan, had Quietshadow with this queen called Shorttail, and left. He found MountainClan and had me with this other queen called Willowtail. I wasn't any good at being an apprentice. I couldn't hunt and I couldn't fight. I still can't fight. "Anyways, our leader at the time was this tom by the name of Lichenstar. I didn't like him at all. He was mean...uh...right. He was in love with me, as strange as it seems. So I told him that once I was a warrior, I would be his mate. So I got my warrior name with all the other apprentices who were my age. It's bad enough coming within a fox-length of that brute; I can't imagine being his mate. So I left. He ordered my parents to be killed and they fled too. Coalfur is probably dead now; he's ancient. Lichenstar is too...I think Mom returned to the Clan. She's probably almost an elder by now. Oh, and after I left, I came across this place. Not too bad. Dad had told me a bit about growing up in BeachClan, so I was thrilled to be in this territory and I found Quietshadow and you guys and we had the battle and now I'm standing her and telling you my lengthy story." Nightshade exhaled deeply after she finished. "Any questions?"

"Wow. That is long," Spider meowed astonished," I can't believe you even said you would be his mate. I mean, you didn't like him right? You shouldn't have to do stuff like that just to have a fancy name. If I was the leader I would've just helped you train. I wouldn't make you be my mate." Spider blushed and the tips of his ears turned red. Dream ignored her brother. "He ordered your parents to be killed?! Evil old badger," she growled.
Rainlight glared playfully. "I'm not sure if Blackpaw would be any better than a limping Stormpaw," she meowed, trying not to laugh.

"I know," she growled. "Ironically, I think he was killed by a badger. I didn't want to stay Nightpaw forever. And he didn't make me be his mate and I never was. He found love, though. It was some crabby old she-cat with a funny name...I swear by StarClan that it was Nobrain." Nightshade flexed her shoulders but quickly returned them as to not let Dream fall. "Stormpaw wouldn't make a better medicine cat than I would. Trust me, I wouldn't make a good medicine cat." Rockfang twitched her whiskers.

Dream laughed and leaned against Nightshade for support. She was starting to like this Nightshade character. Spider chuckled half-heartedly. He felt slightly foolish about what he had said. "Well, that's good," he meowed," I don't see anything wrong with the name Nightpaw though. Nightshade is a posionous plant. You're not poisionous. Are you?" He looked at her fearfully wondering what she did with all the cats she charmed.
"Blackpaw is still an apprentice," Rainlight meowed," I don't want to have him looking after AquaClan. Your wounds are quite serious. I don't want to make any mistakes."

"Oh, it is? That's weird, especially because we only had a few kinds of plants up in the mountains. Brush, the infamous lichen, and the occasional stunted tree. But I'm sure that there wasn't any nightshade. I always thought that I had the name because of my pelt being black." Nightshade shrugged. "I hope I'm not poisonous." "He's still better than nothing," Rockfang argued. "Although we might have someone who knows something about herbs. It's just not me."

Spider nodded. "So it's kind of like a rogue name as well," he meowed," But I think it's nice anyway....even if you are poisonous. I just want eat you." He smiled at her. Dream limped along smirking at her brother. Rainlight's fur bristled. "I think I can look after AquaClan," she meowed sternly," Blackpaw needs to stay in FrostClan to care for our warriors. I can teach you all some basics and when I think you're not going to die I'll leave back to my own clan."

Rainfeather laughed as well while Stormpaw scowled at his mentor. "That's not funny." he growled, but his eyes were soft and filled with life, even though the poppy seeds were wearing off. He chuckled as Rainlight got offeneded by his rough mentor. "I trust you Rainlight, I bet I'll feel better than I did before the battle." he said warmly, wincing slightly as he shifted.

Icestar nodded. "Rainlight, what should we do with Jaystar, knowing that you already have to babysit them, I'll get a warrior to take him home tomorrow by Sunhigh," she retorted. She looked at her limp warriors. "I'll miss you two, you were good warriors," she whispered. Then she touched noses with them one more time.

ooc: I'm going to take that as a typo for "I just won't eat you" and not "I just want to eat you." o.o; bic: Nightshade nodded. "Whatever it means, it's nice." She continued padding along. "Are we nearly to Dream's twoleg's nest?" "We'll hurry up and not die, I promise." Rockfang slightly shrugged her shoulders with a somewhat indifferent smirk. "I know I'm not funny. If I was, I'd be able to think of some funny response. Don't you dare take that as funny," she warned, jokingly.

Rainlight frowned. "I hope you recover Stormpaw." She turned to Icestar to reply to her question. "Jaystar should be okay. If he doesn't strain his injury. Rockfang the same. I'm mainly worried about putting Stormpaw's leg back in place."
Spider looked around, trying to determine where he was. "Um...." "Yes," Dream meowed cheerfully cutting her brother off. She limped forward towards where the forest thinned out.

"A broken leg isn't as bad as a broken rib, is it?" asked Rockfang. "It's potentially crippling, yes, but not as likely to be fatal?" She swished her tail. Nightshade cleared her throat with a cough and looked around at the flowering trees near the edge of the forest. The trees had been planted by twolegs a while ago. She blinked joyously. "Oooh, the trees around here are much prettier than the ones in the mountains during snow-melt! Those are all evergreens, so they don't really change, you know?"

Pain. Beautiful, searing pain. The kind that accompanied lost skin. Badger barely heard Honefrost's remark, a sudden rush of unexplainable joy filtering through his tired body. He turned to look at his new prey, licking his lips as he stood there, eyeing her calm, yet tensely drawn, body.

ooc;// We should create a board in RainClan for the returning then Cat.
Faunus nodded slightly. He was holding Maplepaw and didn't want to shake her. "I will Hawkstar!" Tussockpaw meowed running ahead.
Honeyfrost yawned and sat down. She curled her tail around her. "You bore me Badger," she yawned. She turned to where Owlfoot still sat under the brambles. "I hope you don't mind Owlfoot. This fool just doesn't want to give up," she meowed, smiling. She uncurled her tail and stretched gracefully. "Not a scratch on me," she meowed as she bounded around Badger. She lept suddenly onto his back, digging her claws in and biting into his neck. "Enough?" she asked.
"Potentially crippling I'm afraid," Rainlight informed the apprentice and his mentor," A bad limp at the most. Painful as well."
Spider gazed around, for once noticing the trees. "They are quite nice aren't they?" he meowed in awe. He wondered what it was like in the mountains. Snow-melt must be like new-leaf he thought. "These ones have pink and white blossoms," Dream meowed," Cherry is nice in new-leaf as well. You should come round and look." Dream eyed the fence wondering how she would get over without dislocating her leg again. Maybe there is a hole somewhere she thought.

Rockfang winced. "Poor Stormpaw." It was unlike her to feel compassion for other cats, but wouldn't it be dreadful to not be able to walk...? "I think I will," she mewed. "The blossoms are really nice around here. I wonder why the Clan cats don't come around these parts." Nightshade too glanced up at the fence.

Hawkstar nodded to the apprentice. "Thank you Tussockpaw!" he called, then glanced to his deputy. "Owlfoot, help me get everyone to Beachclan." He ordered, his shoulder's sagging softly, the white fur on his neck stained crimson from blood.
Stormpaw winced as his leg was shifted slightly. He wouldn't....he wouldn't be able to stand it if he couldn't walk. If he couldn't be a warrior. He had lived his life for that. To finally prove himself to his clanmates. If that dream was crushed...he didn't know what he'd do.

Rainlight licked Stormpaw's head. "Don't worry. Rest and time will heal your leg. A good warrior is a patient warrior," she meowed.
"Clan cats think kittypet's are weak," Spider explained. "We disgust them," Dream laughed," They don't relise that you can still hunt and fight and have a warm home and lot's of food." Spider nodded. "Kittypet food isn't that bad. It's an easy meal." Dream eyed the fence again. "I think I'll be walking all the way round," she sighed.

Badger began to laugh, the pain beautiful as more seared through him. He reared, allowing the extra weight on his back to throw of his balance. They both landed roughly on the ground, Badger's larger form on top of Honeyfrost's. He obviously wasn't going to give up.
Owlfoot smiled at his friend, the look fading as Badger reared, an insane, bloodthirsty grin plastered to his scarred, bloody muzzle.

Rockfang nodded. "Rainlight's right. Jaystar is a pretty patient cat...unlike his deputy." She smirked. Nightshade flexed her muscles. "Well, I was from a Clan but I left. I myself wouldn't go inside a Twoleg nest, nor eat their food if my life depended on it. But a lot of Clan cats absolutely hate kittypets. I'm not one of them, obviously. You two are pretty much my only friends here except maybe for that Burnstar cat and his family and I'm talking too much." She coughed to put herself back on track. "I could probably leap the fence but I doubt you could with the injury and all."

Honeyfrost snarled as Badger reared up and fell onto her. She hadn't expected it for she had been watching Owlfoot. Only when his smile had faded did she relise that something was wrong. She gasped as the air was knocked out of her and pulled herself away from Badger's thick body. She shook pain away from a hindleg and fluffed up her fur indignantly. "Am I going to have to kill you to go home?" she asked," Because I will." Her blue eyes were cold with fury and outrage. She flexed her claws and lept onto Badger's side.
Spider smiled. "Don't worry. You're not talking too much." His eyes flashed mischeivousily as he meowed to Nightshade," I'm sure if you were really really hungry you would eat two-leg food." "No, I won't make it," Dream meowed," Perhaps if one of you opened the gate..." She glanced at the two black cats.

Nightshade glanced at Spider. "I'll get it. You'll have to support Dream." With that, she slunk over to the gate and leaped up. With one paw, she easily unlatched the gate. As she jumped off, it swung open ever so slightly, just wide enough for a cat to fit through. "And I'd eat my own leg first, Spider."
