Raskell hated being out this far. Why? Why again? To him? And there were no nice cats to help him out this time, he was all alone. Cookie had warned him. She always did. But as he trembled in that strange dark hallway of the city, he wished, for once, he had listened to her. Just once. Just today. How had he gotten out this far again? Oh yeah - the car.

Scratch scratch. That post with the box on top - what was it? He looked up at it curiously. RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Raskell whipped around, his eyes wide. He ran. He ran away from the scary sound. The sound that seemed to be following him. He ran until he couldn't run anymore, and realized it had passed him and he didn't know where he was. Darn.

Raskell whimpered. He wanted to go home.

[Lexie]

Maddie wondered the thunderpaths of the Twoleg place. She noticed a most likely lost kittypet. She watched the cat run away from the twoleg box. "Hello? You look lost!" She called. She noticed that the those weren't the best words. She trotted down the alley. "Hi, I'm Maddie." The brown tabby purred. She loved meeting new cats, and now that her son went to live with the clans, she had been wondering and expanding where she walked. She new most of the twoleg place pretty well, at the moment.

[Sarah]

((Hello, there. I'm the new 'owner' of Raskell, because I adopted him so....I guess I'll roleplay here with you?))

[Lexie]

bic: Raskell stared at Maddie. As Maddie came down the alley, Raskell whimpered, "I am lost." He approached Maddie. "Hi. I'm Raskell." he greeted. "Can you help me get back to my housefolk? They're probably worried!" He stared at Maddie once again, then looked at the sky.

[Lexie]

"Of course." She purred. "Do you know what kind of place you live in, like are there a lot of pine trees, big thunderpath?" She meowed. She tilted her head then looked at her paws. She had just lost her son. and it was hard for her to get back on her paws. She hasn't talked for a while, because of the way she had been treated by other cats.

[Sarah]

Raskell thought for a moment. "Uhh." he stuttered, trying to think. After a moment of pondering, he meowed, "I think it's got pine trees...but only like two...and the thunderpath isn't so big." He gave a weak whimper. He wanted to be home now.

[Lexie]

Maddie looked at her paws to think. "Does it have other twoleg nest by it, if it doesn't I think I know where it is." She finally said softly. Raskell could live by the newer barns just being built. She looked around. She flicked her tail nervously and then smiled at the smaller cat.

[Sarah]

Raskell stared at Maddie. He started thinking of his twoleg's nest. "I-I-I don't think there's any other nests around it...but I don't know." he meowed after he thought. "Oh wait! It doesn't have any next to it, really." He shuffled his paws. "Do you think you know where it is?" He jumped up and down, excited.

[Lexie]

Maddie nodded. "Yeah you live close to an old barn." She meowed. She got to her white paws and starting walking forward. "This way." She meowed. She jumped over a shinny fence and landed with a thud. She twitched her whiskers and starting trotting.

[Sarah]

Raskell followed Maddie, and jumped over the fence. "Okay! Thanks so much!" he yowled, staring at his paws. He trotted alongside her.

[Lexie]

Maddie walked at a quick pase. I better hurry up, before it gets dark. She knew this cat wasn't used to this kind of world. I don't think he would enjoy fresh-kill, he's probably used to kittypet food. She came along a big field. It had cattle and sheep. "Stay away from these big fellas and you'll be fine."

[Sarah]

Raskell purred. "Okay. What happens if I don't stay away from them?" he asked, quickening his pace so it matched Maddie's. He caught up with Maddie and looked at her. "Will they hurt us if we get too close?" he questioned.

[Lexie]

Madddie laughed. "They wouldn't but if you scare them their paws might squish you. But if you get close where they can see you, you should be okay." Maddie came upon the end of the fence. She was able to squeeze through. "You can either go under or over." She meowed. Maddie's tabby fur was now all messed up because of the wind that was blowing. It was a fierce wind. "We must be getting toward flat lands. Which is where your home is." She meowed.
