Rainkit lunged at Twilightkit, who was grooming her ear. Falling to the ground she let out a snarl. Twilightkit's black pelt was all filled with sand and leaves. Twilightkit's anger now kicked off. "You made my pelt all messed up!" Twilightkit yowled. "It's I made your pelt all filled with stuff!" Rainkit hissed. "Stop fighting over what the words are!" Shadowsoul hissed, watching the kits.
Redwind gave out a small purr. Her purr rumbled the whole nursery. Shadowsoul popped her head in. "Need anything?" she asked her friend. "These kits off me!" Redwind meowed. Shadowsoul let out a purr, "you'll get used to it."
Rainkit now was digging a hole in the ground, Twilightkit did the same, but four tail-lenths away. Shadowsoul didn't quite know what they were doing, so they were still digging. No cat was really in camp, except some apprentices. Like Dragonpaw, but he was taking care of Silenstep, so the camp was unsupervised, other than the queens and the kits. Icestar was sleeping from the fact she hadn't slept in two days. Rainkit finally dug her hole where that she could hide without anyone seeing her, then Twilightkit's did the same.
Rainkit finally screeched, "Attack!!" Twilightkit and Rainkit came bolting toward each other, because of Twilightkit's injury, she couldn't run as fast, her lungs are atleast a lot better. Rainkit bolted and threw Twilightkit off balance, taking her to fall into her hole. Twilightkit sqirmed and screeched, trying to get to her paws. "Shh! Shadowsoul will here us!" Rainkit hissed. "Help me then!" Twilightkit screeched.
Rainkit's eyes rolled, and turned deeply blue. Her face dug into the hole and pulled her sister out. It wasn't fair! She always had to help her! Even though she's a kit! She should be a warrior by now! Rainkit then gave Twilightkit and grin. "How about you make your hole wider, then you won't get stuck!" "Sounds great!" Twilightkit squealed, then got right back to digging. Then Rainkit got back to her old tricks again by grabbing a mouse from the fresh-kill pile. "Here, share this with me," Rainkit meowed, tossing it to Twilightkit. "Yeah, but I'm not hungry," "So, you can build your strength for our battle!" Rainkit meowed. "Okay!" Then Twilightkit screwed her jaw into the mouse, then screading it to pieces. "Here, you take this part!" Twilightkit offered. Rainkit just smiled. Taking a bite she gave out a purr.
After finishing their meals, Rainkit wailed again, "Attack!" Then the two kits bolted at each other. Rainkit this time jumped, so Twilightkit kept running and fell into Rainkit's hole. Without saying a world, Twilightkit jumped at the grey kit and landed on her shoulders. Rainkit did a somersault and heard Twilightkit make a crunch. Rainkit stopped. Twilightkit was lying on the ground, shocked, looking at her paw. "Haha! You thought I was hurt!" Twilightkit hissed. Twilightkit jumped up and Rainkit saw a broken, dead leaf under her belly. "Sneaky!" Rainkit hissed back.
"You'll never catch me!" Rainkit hissed. She ran into the medicine cat's den. Twilightkit followed. Her black pelt took forever to catch up to her. It's like she couldn't run slower. Rainkit was standing next to piles of sand, most likely herbs were inside of it. Twilightkit put her head down and bolted, hoping to push Rainkit into the hard, stoned wall. Rainkit jumped over her kin and sent Twilightkit busting through the pile and into the wall. Rainkit bolted up a small hill and ran behind the nursery. Twilightkit started to feel dizzy, and her mind buzzed with black and white spots. She closed her eyes and fell into a small pile of herbs.

Scarletmoon's eyes widened in surprise as his kits nearly ran into him. "What in Starclan's name?" He wondered aloud and went to check it out. "Twilightkit!" He ran over to her and nudged her head. "C'mon wake up, please" He begged her.

Twilightkit screeched in pain. "Scarletmoon, don't tell Jaystar, or Shadowsoul." she pleaded. Her eyes turned bright green. "please." she said, lastly. Rainkit hid behind the nursery, then noticing the trouble she would be, she bolted out of camp. She new she would get into a lot more trouble than she would be now, but atleast she didn't have to see her sister in pain. Rainkit ran as fast as she could until she smelled a patrol. Rats, hunting patrol! she thought. Waiting, and curling herself into a fern bush, then once they walked away she bolted as fast as she could.

"Keep it down!" Mousekit yowled, sleepily blinking his blue eyes at his sisters. "Can't you see I'm trying to sleep?" Grumpily, he placed his head back on his paws and curled up into a ball, making himself as small as possible in the little hollow of sand that was forming where he lay. Normally, Mousekit was quite easy-going, but he didn't like interruptions.

Rainkit started to slow down when she smelled the faint sent of ash. Walking a little more onward, she noticed she was at the river they had to cross to when the fire took place. She noticed that there were small ice blocks flowing down the current. Great, water, my favorite she thought grimly. Walking along the current she noticed the river started the narrow, there was enough room where she could jump, and even a rock half way across the jump. She leaped the the rock, no water on her. Then when Rainkit jumped to get to the shore, her hind legs became damp. Not by much though, atleast. After she sat down and regained some strength, she bolted onward, to explore her soon to be territory.
ooc; Maybe she can become lost and run into Burntstar? That's where she can learn about him, then pass it on.

ooc:// If she ran into Owlspot and Coppertail together that would be better. She could be curious why they are together and Owlspot meows casually that they're siblings. Rainkit would want to know why that is and could ask her mentor Rockfang. They should become mentors soon. If that's okay, I'll post later.

"Have you heard from Honeyfrost lately?" Owlspot meowed casually. The spotted tom and his larger ginger brother were sitting together in the AquaClan forest, their tails wrapped around their paws. It had been a long time since the two of them had been together long enough just to have simple chats and reminisce about the good old days. "Our darling little sister?" Coppertail scoffed, pausing in the grooming of a paw. (His paws reeked faintly of ash) "Haven't heard a peep from her. She was looking mighty cosy with the RainClan deputy." Owlspot gives a light mrrow of amusement. "Who knows, maybe Honeyfrost has got some kits to look after..." The BeachClan grimaced. "May StarClan help them. It's bad enough that you and Flaxeyes have kits but Honeyfrost. Well, they're just about doomed aren't they?" Owlspot glanced at his brother curiously. "Are you referring to Burntstar being their grand-father? Because he won't dare touch them." I hope...
It was then that the two toms looked up as a breeze carried the scent of a young AquaClan cat. Possibly a she-cat, still in the Nursery. They had chosen their spot specially so that they were upwind of anybody that may come across them. It wasn't that they were hiding anything. They just wanted some privacy but apparently somebody hadn't got the message...

Rainkit was still bolting across her soon to be territory, but she likes Beachclan a lot better, it's not as smelly, or ashy. Her paws grew black, while her grey fur kind of blended in. Her paws crept slowly as she started to slow her pase. Her head started to hurt, because of the cold river water. Her eyes were bright blue, she never new where she got her blue eyes, but it seems as that she couldn't see as much, as if she were going blind. Then her head shook, she could see perfectly again! What was that all about? She started to walk, then a mouse was walking along a tree. She tried to copy off Dragonpaw when he tried to teach her. Her crouch was a little messed up in a way but she managed to catch the small mouse in her teeth, without killing it. Rainkit then heard cats talking. It sounds like the crabby deputy from Beachclan and Owlspot. What are they doing here? she thought. Then moving in closer, without losing grip on her mouse she hid under a bush, to get closer.

"I think somebody has decided to leave the Nursery," Coppertail commented drily. "It better not be one of my kits otherwise they're in a heap of trouble," Owlspot meowed loudly, hoping that whoever the kit was it would get the message. "What is with AquaClan and trouble makers. Burntstar, Suntail, Smoketalon. Do you need me to go on?" the larger ginger tom grumbled, as he started sniffing around the edge of an old gorse bush. "Technically Suntail wasn't of AquaClan blood," Owlspot meowed, a hint of humour to his voice. Coppertail wasn't impressed and simply glared up at his brother and gestured for him to help find the run-away kit. "You are no fun. Being the deputy as made you strict," the smaller spotted tom complained as he scented the air. "Whatever happened to the Coppertail who went night-hunting with me or climber the Four Oaks with Honeyfrost?" "It's called responsibilty and loyaltly to a Clan that depends on you to help lead it. Also, I have to live up to the knowledge that my father tried to kill us all. Now perhaps you would like to get your head out of the clouds and realise that with your kits you'll have to prove that they're going to be loyal warriors like you're meant to be." "Oh."
Owlspot turned away, the fur on his back bristling with indignation. Coppertail had a point and he knew it would take awhile for AquaClan to fully trust him again. His mind drifted to Waterkit, the kit Rewdind hoped that would prove that they are decent warriors. "There's the smell of mouse overthere," Owlspot meowed absently, gesturing to the bush that Rainkit was hiding under. "Underneath the faint scent of AquaClan." Coppertail nodded, about as much praise Owlspot would expect. The two toms crouched down in front of the large gorse, gazing into the depths of tangled branches and thorns. "Come out now," Coppertail ordered, his voice soft but still commanding. "Out you come."

Rainkit gasped, letting the small mouse go. The stupid mouse just scrurried out from Coppertail's paws, squealing. Rainkit backed away, she couldn't get in trouble, it was bad enough that Twilightkit was ingured twice because of her. If Rainkit was caught, she could never become an apprentice, well, atleast her mother wouldn't let her. Sadly enough she still had the water smell on her from the Rushing River. Rainkit turned around and ran deep into the gorse. Her pelt hard to see. Then, because her eyes never ajusted yet to the dark, she couldn't see. "Help!" she wailed as she tripped over a large stick.

Coppertail shuffled backwards in surprise as the mouse suddenly burst out from the gorse bush and scuttled over one paw. His brother was faster and quickly hooked his claws into the it's little body before it could run off. "Great catch," he meowed, still a little stunned that the mouse was foolish enough to run towards them. Owlspot gave a small smile and killed the mouse that was now trapped under one paw.
With that small drama over, Coppertail went back to peering into the gorse bush. Whoever the kit was, they had decided to turn around and make a dash for it. Owlspot recognised the kits mew from her cry for help. "Rainkit? Are you stuck now?" "Oh great. How we meant to get her out?" Coppertail grumbled. He was much to bit to wiggle through the small gaps between the tangled branches, cobwebs and thorns. It would tear him to shreds! "I'm smaller. Perhaps I could get through that gap there. I can see Rainkit right there. Mousebrain got herself trapped in between some branches." With that, Owlspot pressed himself as low to the ground as possible and wiggled under one low twig, thorns already snagging as his pelt. It was a tight squeeze.

Rainkit noticed Owlspot crawling toward her. "No, you'll take me back! They'll punish me!" she cried. "No! You'll hurt me! I can get out!" she hissed. Wiggling a little bit she was able to dash a little forward, then her tail was stuck in another branch. With another tug she was free and bolted farther into the territory. Her head was a bit bigger than the rest of her body was by her advantage, as the elders said, she new a lot more.

"Of course! This is the reason why kits aren't allowed out of camp!" Owlspot snarled, trying to wiggled deeper into the gorse bush. However, he wasn't quick enough and she managed to free herself and dash off. "Rainkit!" he yowled, pulling himself out of the bush. He winced in pain as a thorn cut his nose open while he pulled his head out.
Meanwhile, Coppertail had moved quickly and was giving chase to Rainkit. The kit was in alot of trouble when they caught her. She might of got off with a warning if she had stayed put but now she had gone and ran off. If she got hurt he'ld be crowfood. "Rainkit. Get back here now!" he yowled. Owlspot suddenly burst out of undergrowth ahead of Rainkit, his legs caked in mud and the mouse dangling from his mouth. As an AquaClan warrior he knew more of the shortcuts then his brother and was prepared to get muddy for it. Both of them felt guilty chasing the young she-cat but it was important that they caught her. Owlspot was wondering why she had ran in the first the place. Surely not because she was scared of getting punished? Or did she overhear us talking about Burntstar...?

Rainkit focused on what was infront of her, instead of listening to the mean deputy. Her feet pounded at the earth, then as she picked up her pace a lot faster, it felt like she was flying. Her heart pounded faster and faster as she ran more away from Coppertail. Her nose told her she was by a lot of trees. She smelled oak, cedar, and pinefrost? She was about twenty fox-lengths away from the border. Her mouth opened, ready to yell, freedom? Then she saw a large black body. She saw the cat's mouth full of leaves and saw his green eyes, round and turned into slits. The tom dropped the leaves and grabbed Rainkit by her scuff. "Let me go!" she wailed. The black tom growled and crossed the border slowly. Let me go, you stupid furball! Rainkit's mouth opened. His sent smells familiar
ooc; The black tom is Blackleaf, collecting leaves for Quietshadow. Rainkit doesn't quite know who he is.

Owlspot padded after Blackleaf, picking up the medicine cat's herbs. "Good catch," he meowed, through his teeth as he was unable to open his mouth. "Rainkit. You are in so much trouble!" Coppertail growled, slowing from a run to a quick trot. He gave Owlspot a hard look as he caught the spotted tom's gaze. Couldn't even catch the kit. Blackleaf did a better job and he's not even a warrior! "Thanks Blackleaf," he meowed gratefully, dipping his head in respect to the younger tom. "She ran for it when we scented her in a gorse bush."

"Yeah, I noticed with her running for her life and then you two trying to catch her," he joked. Blackleaf had some nice reflexes, from what Stormcloud had taught him. "She has some nice feet," he meowed, lifting up his ears. "She can run pretty fast," he purred. His teeth clenched harder as Rainkit tried to squrim away. "Atleast she's safe." he said, as Coppertail told her how much trouble she's in. "You shouldn't be so harsh on her, you should be lucky she wasn't attacked, like the one Rainclan patrol." Blackleaf growled.

"Mhmm. I can see her developing that speed as a warrior," Owlspot meowed happily. "Rainkit could probably give some of you FrostClan warriors a working over!" Coppertail snorted angrily. "Luck has nothing to do with it. If she had been in the Nursery where she was meant to be she wouldn't need luck to avoid getting attacked. And obeying a deputy's orders is something she better learn quickly. I don't care if she's from AquaClan. When she's in my camp she follows my rules."

"Your not my mother, or my deputy!" Rainkit snapped at the deputy. "Owlspot! Tell him! I'm in my own clan and he's in his!" she growled. "Stop it! All of it! No matter what, I'm telling Icestar, Jaystar, and Rockfang heself. I'll look at all you back at camp." Blackleaf growled. He dropped Rainkit. "How follow me, or you'll be better of going to a badger camp than Beachclan camp." Blackleaf retorted. Rainkit just followed stubbornly.

"Rainkit, while we are in BeachClan we follow their rules and that applies to you too, Blackleaf," Owlspot meowed softly. "Blackleaf. I have higher authority over you," Coppertail snarled angrily. "Just take your herbs and tell the leaders whatever you want but you're not their warriors. Owlspot and I can explain what happened to them. Stop trying to take over." The ginger warrior's fur was bristled along his shoulders and as he walked back to camp his tail lashed from side to side. Owlspot just prayed to StarClan that he wouldn't have to deal with Rainkit.

Rainkit ignored the deputy. "I have a better center of attention to your leader than you do!" Blackleaf snarled. He stopped in his tracks. Maybe I shouldn't have said that, he thought, his heart pounding hard against his chest. Blackleaf kept on walking, keeping Rainkit under his paws. He sniffed the air. "Rushing River," he tom growled. He grabbed Rainkit and jumped, full blast over the shallow part of the river. He landed smoothly on the shore, and let Rainkit down. "I'm not responcable for you anymore." he growled. Blackleaf grabbed his herbs that were being herd by his tail. He swung them into his mouth and started sprinting back to camp. Rainkit looked at the strange medicine cat with the wierdest look any cat has used. HEr whiskers twitched.

((Owlspot was carrying the herbs. Plus, cats can't carry things with their tails. That's monkeys xD ))
"What?!" Coppertail yowled. "You are just the FrostClan medicine cat staying here as a guest! You are in no way a BeachClan warrior. At any moment Icestar could throw you out on your tail despite your heritage. We only need Flaxeyes." Owlspot padded along quietly, ignoring his brother and Blackleaf. He waded carefully through the River, taking the shallowest part. At the other bank he tossed Rainkit the mouse. "Carry your own prey," he meowed. He hadn't missed the fact that Rainkit's scent had been on the kill. Coppertail however swarm across the river, his dark ginger fur slicked back and clinging to his skin. When wet it was a rich brown, he was almost unrecognisable apart from the white paws and chest. "Thinks he is so great," he fumed angrily," Stupid furball."

Back at the nursery-----
"Flaxeyes?"Blackleaf whispered, poking his head into the sandy, hidden den. "Flaxeyes," he began. His tail curled around his paws as he laid down in the sandy moss. He sighed deeply and looked into her eyes. "I'm leaving, I'm not needed." he meowed. He looked at her and gave a deep, sad, look. "I'm sorry, it's my fault." he whispered. "I have to leave." he meowed, sadly. His deep, green eyes, were pale, full of sadness. "I'm sorry," he repeated, when quieter than before.
Rainkit looked at Coppertail. "You didn't have to be so harsh! Now I see why everyone calls you mean!" she snapped. Rainkit bolted in the direction of camp. She swerved through trees and in and out of bushes, before she new it, she was behind the apprentice's den. She ruffled her fur, to look like nothing had happened and she was just making dirt. Licking off small leaves from her flank, then popping up to see Dragonpaw in front of her. "Ah!" she hissed. "Where have you been!" he snapped, quietly. "Making dirt." she growled. "That took you quite a long time." he growled back. Rainkit ignored and saw Twilightkit sitting in the sand in the middle of the clearing. "You mousebrain!" Twilightkit hissed, jumping to her paws. She looked as mad as ever, he black fur, kind of looked damp. "I've been licking blood from my head from your stupid game for like a moon!" Twilightkit snorted. "You have no good luck! Well you do! But I always end up hurt." the black kit spat. "Sorry I ran away, I had to make dirt, it was a trouble, you didn't want to see me in camp at that time." Rainkit meowed calmly, trying to sneak her way out of everything. "You're a stupid furball! And now Blackleaf looks horrible now! Who knows why but sad horrible, not just horrible." Twilightkit hissed. Dragonpaw looked at both kits. "Stop it! Both of you!" he hissed. "You're not making anything better. Both of you, I'll get Owlspot to deal with this, and I'll mention maybe no food tonight, you're old enough to handle." Dragonpaw hissed. He walked toward the camp enterence, waiting for the warrior to show up.

Flaxeyes looked up startled. "Why?" she meowed, a little too loudly. "You can't leave! I need you here." She glanced around the Nursery before leaning forward and meowing in a small quiet voice," And not just because you're a medecine cat. I need you here for the kits. Your kits. I think they're coming."
"I'm voting chucking her out of camp," Coppertail murmured, shaking water from his fur. "She and that half-bred sorry excuse for a medicine cat." A growl rumbled in Owlspot's throat and he dropped the mouse in the sand before pushing his way in front of the larger ginger tom. "Stop it. Blackleaf may not be the best warrior due to his mother and father being BeachClan warriors but that doesn't mean you can treat him like that! He's doing his best although he has a pretty bad way of going about it." "So you're defending him? Letting him take over BeachClan, pretending he has rights here as a BeachClan warrior?" Coppertail spat back. Owlspot stiffened. "No I'm not. I'm saying he is out of line in that case and really he is no better than we are, Coppertail, son of Burntstar and Suntail, AquaClan warriors." "At least I'm loyal to my Clan and don't go bossing Jaystar around squealing 'My Dad was your leader! Bow down and ignore your deputy and listen to me.'" The other tom could hardly keep a straight face and began snickering. He reached the camp entrance, shaking his head in disbelief. "I win," Coppertail murmured happily. "Deputy of BeachClan, 1. AquaClan kit, 0. Annoying FrostClan warrior, 1." "Oh? Did you miss the part where the AquaClan kit ran away from the mighty BeachClan deputy, ignored his orders and invaded capture? Or was I the only one to see that?" "Fine. AquaClan kit, 1."

"I have to, before a deputy runs me of camp. I promise Quietshadow will take good care of you, I'll be here tomorrow to see the kits," he meowed quietly. "Even though my mother is the leader and wants me here as long as I can, be I am not worth being here, Coppertail said." Blackleaf meowed sadly. "I'm sorry," he whispered.
Dragonpaw walked up to Owlspot. "Shadowsoul's kits are fighting, and I believe one snuck out of camp, the other got hurt and is now telling the other off." he reported. "Do you want to think of a punishment, or should I let Shadowsoul decide. Shadowsoul was padding up to Coppertail. "What did you do to my kit! She is soaking from maybe a river." she growled. Her black pelt was bristling. Her eyes gave off a sharp glare.

"No," Flaxeyes whimpered. "Coppertail is my brother and he knows that'll I rip the fur off his back if he so much as touches you. Please stay. Please." She grimaced as there was a ripple of pain in her stomach and she laid her head against the soft moss bedding. "Stay."
"We already know," Owlspot meowed, rolling his eyes. He dropped the mouse at Dragonpaw's feet. "That's Rainkit's catch. Tell her to give it to Redwind. It appears I'm now leader of the AquaClan Nursery kits so I'll report Rainkit's outing to Jaystar. She needs to be an apprentice."
Coppertail took a slight step back from the furious queen. It was the one thing that made him uneasy. Queens and their kits. "Your kit decided to go into AquaClan territory. You should of been watching her. It is not my fault if she is trying to drown herself in a river or get attacked by rogues," he informed Shadowsoul.
((Flaxeyes is having her kits, I've decided. ))

{{Yay! Are you going to make a board, or are you going to let her have them here?}}
Shadowsoul looked at Rainkit. "They're old enough to take care of themselves, but now, they are not allowed out of any queen's sight. So now we will be treating them like kits again." she growled. "Both of you, into the nursery! Rainkit, you'll sit by Redwind while Twilighkit sits by me," she growled. Shadowsoul pushed her tail against the two kits and brushing them into the nursery.

"They are kits," Owlspot told Shadowsoul gently. "Every Clan has the rule that kits are not to leave the Nursery. Rainkit has directly disobeyed the Warrior Code and can now ask Moonstream for some mouse bile to help the elders with their ticks." "Seeing as she obviousily wants to be an apprentice so badly," he added, leaning down to grin at Rainkit.
(( Another board perhaps? ))
