Shadowsoul laid down in the nursery, her belly really big. "Scarletmoon? You there?" she meowed softly. "I have something to tell you," she meowed loudly. "Please, hurry!" she hissed. She had heard nothing.
"Help!" she meowed quietly. She had still heard nothing.

Scarletmoon raced over to his mate. "What is it? What's wrong?" He asked. He sat down next to Shadowsoul and angled his ears and listened intently.

"Scarletmoon, I never had a chance to tell you, but, I'm having kits, your kits," she confessed.
"Scarletmoon, no medicine cat, but when they come out, you lick them, the opposite way that their fur goes." she told him quietly. She put her head down and closed her eyes.

Three kits were in front of Scarletmoon and Shadowsoul. Shadowsoul's eyes widened once she noticed the three beautiful kits. She smiled and started to lick two of the three kits. She was licking two she-cats. "Two she-cats here," she meowed, then went back to licking. She stopped licking and pushing the kits to her belly. She noticed one kits was exactly like her. Then she noticed the other looked exactly like her mate. "They're beautiful," she whispered, licking Scarletmoon's cheek.

the one who looks like Scarletmoon is Twilightkit then the other is Rainkit. The one he is licking is Dawnkit, that's the medicine cat apprentice, we need someone to rp her, do you want to?

Shadowsoul started to lick a fourth kit. "It's brown, he's brown," she meowed, smiling. "I think our genes mixed to make a brown scrap of fur," she meowed. She pushed the kit toward her belly. "Okay, the one who looks like you could be Twilightkit, like you said, the one who looks like me could be Rainkit, the brown one could be Mousekit, then, the silver and black kit can be, umm." she thought, "Dawnkit?"
She watched as she started to feed all four of her beautiful kits. "Can't believe it, and they're healty," she meowed.

ooc: Sorry--I was going by how they were organized on the app and not how they were on the board made to discuss the kits. Mousekit can wait till the second litter. Heh... ^^;

Owlspot ears pricked up. Mewling. He could hear mewling. It was so quiet he could've imagined the sound but his hearing never betrayed him. He blinked his eyes groggily and raised his head, searching for the sound. He prodded the dark ginger she-cat beside him with a forepaw. "Redwind, do you hear mewling?" he whispered.

"Yeah, I've been up the whole time, what is it?" she meowed. Her head lifted up and saw that it was Owlspot. She smiled. "Lets go check it out," she meowed. She got on all fours and walked out of her moss nest. She poked her out of the warrior's den. "It's sounds like it's coming from the nursery," she whispered. She walked over to large fern bush holding the nusery. "Hello?" she meowed. "Redwind?" Shadowsoul meowed. "Yeah, Shadowsoul, what is all that noise?" she asked. "Come look for yourself." Shadowsoul purred.
Redwind walked into the nusery. First she saw Scarlet moon and Shadowsoul. "But where is the-" she was interupted by her mouth closing once she noticed the four kits. "Wow. Owlspot, come look! It's beautiful," she whispered. Her eyes brighten once she noticed all of them. "It would be amazing to have a kit or two," she meowed. "You can take all of them, all my fur is going to fall out from craziness." Shadowsoul purred. She leaned over and licked Scarletmoon's ear. "And it's all his fault," she teased. "Ahh," Redwind meowed.

Scarletmoon smiled. He nudged Mousekit back to it's mother as it tried to escape. "They're all so tiny" He marvled at his kits.

Rockfang slunk out of her den, half-asleep. She had awoken from a dream of being pushed off of a cliff by Whitestar and Quietshadow. How bizarre. The deputy was strolling out to the fresh-kill pile to grab a mouse for a snack when she noticed the crowd in the nursery. "Hmm." So naturally, she abandoned the mouse plan and meandered over to the nursery. "What's going on?" she asked, looking over the shoulders of Owlspot and Redwind. "Oh--kits! Congratulations, Shadowsoul!" she meowed quietly, as to not disturb the kits.

"M'kay." Rockfang strode out of the nursery and into the leader's den. "Oh Jaaayystarrr!" she meowed in a singsong sort of voice. "Shadowsoul has had kits and they want you to come see." Her voice was loud and rather airy--probably a bit annoying to the leader. "Come on and get up!"

Jaystar grumbled and limped out of his den. The wound from Burntstar left him a scar and a perminate limp. "What's wrong?" He meowed and padded to the nursery.

Shadowsoul kept quiet. She was thinking of what she was going to say to Jaystar. Should she smile? Should she frown? Should she tell him the names right away? Should she let Scarletmoon do all the talking? Should she do all the talking?
She was thinking wildly. She smiled and then frowned to her mate. /What should we do?/ she thought, acting like she was talking to him. She wanted to be conforted by his warmth.

Scarletmoon blinked and smiled gently to his mate, indicating he would take care of things. "Jaystar, my kits are born!" He exclaimed. Jaystar purred "That's wonderful! Have you picked out names yet?" He asked.

Owlspot followed Redwind to the Nursery. When he scented the glimpsed the little furry bodies he couldn't help but gasp. "They're so tiny!" he whispered," So......vunerable." Owlspot was in awe. He had never sen kits before and could barely remember what his own kithood was like. He pressed himself close to Redwind and pulled her away the Shadowsoul, his tail around his shoulders. "We better leave. Shadowsoul might loose all her fur from our commotion." He smiled and licked her shoulder.

"Oh course," Redwind purred. "I'm happy for you Shadowsoul," she meowed. She licked Owlspot's cheek and rested her head on his shoulder.

Moonstream padded back into camp, paws tired from her trip to the Moonpool. All she wanted to do was curl up in her den and go to sleep. Her light stormy eyes searched the camp, looking for Jaystar. She didn't see him, but she heard meows coming from the nursery. She walked over, peering through the fern tunnel. What she saw sent her into a frenzy. New kits! Moonstream had missed Shadowsoul's kitting! She raced over to the rabbit warren where kept her supplies, glancing at her moss nest longingly, before taking borage leaves from her storage and going back to the Nursery. "Shadowsoul, congratulations on the kits," the silver she-cat said, setting down the herbs.
OOC: I know the meeting isn't over yet, but they can't go without a medicine cat for too long. Not all this can happen in one night. (Well, technically it did) But with how long the medicine cat meeting takes, Moonstream will just have to be in two places at once.
