Honeyfrost grimaced. "You don't have to pity me. Suntail and Burntstar are nice when they want to be," she meowed," Suntail is really sweet and..." She trailed off. It was hard to make her parents sound good when this battle was going around them. She nodded in agreement to Owlfoot's words. "Do you think you could walk far enough to get out of here?" she asked.

"Probably," he said, smiling slightly, the dark look in his eyes lingering as he attempted to limp away. "I'm just upset I can't help anymore," he mumbled, disgusted with himself for falling so early. He glanced around slightly, stopping as the moon illuminated all the blood and bodies sparwled everywhere, sadness creeping into his face. He wasn't even paying attention to anything around him, the sounds of battle quieting until he heard nothing, his saddned mind blocking out the noise as he observed the terrible carnage.

Honeyfrost dug her shoulder under Owlfoot's. "Put all your weight on me," she meowed," I may be small but I'm pretty tough." She smiled at him. She followed his gaze around the clearing. "I wonder where my family is...," she murmured.

Owlfoot didn't hear her, his attention drawn to the battle. "StarClan...how could you let this happen?" he whispered, comepletely oblivious to Honeyfrost. A terrible ache filled his gut, a feeling of absolute hopelessness.

"I suppose." Quietshadow turned back to his examination of Stone. The tom's condition had not improved nor worsened, though there was not really a worse condition for him to be in without being dead. The medicine cat frowned and sifted through his herbs, looking for something to help the comatose rogue.
"I don't have really any say in it," he replied in an equally apathetic tone. "I'm only a deputy." Upon hearing her loud reaction, Whitefire flicked an ear. "No...Coppertail was still fighting. I didn't recognize them, but I remember that one was a dark tabby tom.
ooc: Someone just step on Stone or something. Just touching him with any reasonable amount of force will push him over the edge. x.x

Jaystar struggled to get into a sitting position. He managed to stay like that for awhile. "It feels like this battle has gone on for ages already" Jaystar moaned. His sides heaved, signaling it still hurt to breathe a little. He slumped over, and then fell back into a lying position. He let out another moan. "Burntstar was right" He mumbled "I am too young for a leader" Jaystar sighed painfully.

"It has," Quietshadow meowed, gazing at the warring cats all around him. "He's probably not right about that, though. Look at Whitefire. He's barely fifteen moons old and he's deputy of FrostClan. And with what I've heard from Rainlight, he might not be deputy much longer. They haven't seen Amberstar in days." He flicked his tail once more and glanced back to Stone. "I'd really like Rainlight to help me take a look at him. I can't seem to decide what's the matter."

"This was always meant to happen Owlfoot," Honeyfrost meowed," It bought the clans together. United for four cats who have a rather blurred sense of right and wrong...well me and Owlspot do anyway." She looked away. "I better go stop from family from murdering each other," she sighed," Do you need anyhelp getting over to that bramble bush? It'll be a great shelter until my father is dealt with."
Rainlight prodded Rockfang with her nose. "Rockfang," she meowed gently," Your father has been hurt." She looked over to Quietshadow. "Try feverfew or shock root," she told him. "We really need to retreat. We cannot afford to loose any cats."
"There's two toms dead," Smoketalon meowed," Both senior warriors I think. One had no whiskers..."
Maplepaw sighed with releif guiltly. "Coppertail is my mum's sister son. We're family," she explained. Faunus looked to Whitefire and Flaxeyes.
"You two get back to the battle," he meowed," Bring any wounded cats back here. I saw where the medicine cats are. It's way too open."

Owlfoot finally snapped back to reality, the sounds of the battle assaulting his ears. Catching Honeyfrost's last question, he turned and shook his head. "I can make it fine," he mewed, beginning the short, painful journey toward the bramble bush, the seconds passing like minutes asthe sounds and smells of war drifted around his injured body.

Jaystar jerked his head as he heard Smoketalon. He dragged himself over by him "Deadwhisker and Silentmask" He shook his head "This can't be happening" He murmered softly. "We must retreat" He regreted, he knew the battle would be long lost.

"Okay," Whitefire meowed. "We'll pass the message along to them. I don't know if they'll be able to move some of them; that gray tom looks pretty bad. I heard Rainlight telling Rockfang not to move so she wouldn't make herself bleed again and Jaystar's lost quite a few lives." He trotted back on to the battlefield to pass the message to the medicine cats.
Moving only her jaw, Rockfang spoke. "How badly is Stone hurt and what Clan are the dead cats in?"
Quietshadow turned to look at her. "I believe it was Deadwhisker and Silentmask, both in BeachClan," he mewed mournfully. "We can't move on with the burial till we get out of here and the Clan doesn't have any elders anyways...if that's the case then the most senior member or members of the Clan do so, I think. And Stone is out cold. Awful." He picked up the feverfew and gently opened Stone's jaw. After Quietshadow did so, the rogue's breathing became so shallow that you could barely tell he was inhaling and exhaling. "Oh my." He stepped back. "Rainlight, he got worse as soon as I moved him. Is there anything we can do?"

Stoneclaw watched around Stone. Any time now he thought. He knew he should feel glad his murderer was going to die, but there was a tint of sadness swelling in his heart.

Ooc: Sorry! Man, I've missed so much because I've been busy. Bad week to be busy. Time to catch up!
Stormpaw growled, his muscles tensed if the cat attacked again. He looked up in confusion as the cat raced off instead of finishing the battle with him. His eyes narrowed as he looked for somewhere he could help. The battle was still raging and a few cats lay still on the ground already.
Hawkstar saw Badger coming and he crouched down low, rolling to the side to avoid the swipe of his claws. He growled, hitting Badger's shoulder to throw him off balance and sent a swipe at his side. His dark eyes looked up to Burntstar as he heard his triumphant yowl. No...Jaystar. He glanced towards the other leader, seeing him lose a life and Quietshadow treat him. He growled glancing between Badger and Burnstar. Then, sending one last swipe at Badger, he took off towards Great Rock. "Rainclan will not retreat, and either will you. This battle is far from over!" He hissed in Jaystar's ear as he passed, his determined eyes locking with his for a moment as he passed him. Then he kept going, leaping onto Great Rock challengingly. "Think again Burnstar." he hissed, lunging at him and knocking him to the ground.
((Two more days and the weeks over, yay! Then I'll have more time to get on hopefully!))

Icestar took a grip onto Burntstar's scuff and bit down hard. She then dug her claws into his shoulders and flank.
Redwind fell to the ground. "Who side you on!" Redwind hissed spitting out dirt. Her eyes widened. "Tratior! " she spat. "Are you here for the clan or what!" she meowed. Blackpaw ran to Stone and started to chew some burdock root for him. "Here, Flaxeyes," he purred. "Let me look at Skypaw, you push this into Stone's shoulder, if it still stays red, put marigold on it." he meowed quietly. "Please, I need to save my sister," he meowed, licking Flaxeyes cheek. Deadsoul pounced onto Whitefire. "Take that," he meowed, raking his belly.

Whitefire hissed and jumped several feet sideways to avoid being further injured by Deadsoul. He wasn't in the mood to fight. Rainlight had spoken of a retreat. He glanced quickly back at the roots where Skypaw and Maplepaw were sheltering. The deputy then looked over to the medicine cats' gathering where Jaystar, Rockfang and Stone were being treated. Then his mind went to the dead BeachClan warriors who walked with his sister and father in StarClan. Whitefire sighed. Maybe a retreat would be best for the Clans.

Deadsoul hissed, "You'll never win!" He dug his claws farther into the white cats pelt. "Your lucky you have a think pelt," he spat. He jumped off. He pounced once more. Attacking the deputy's face.

Whitefire yowled and struck his paw at Deadsoul's face, claws outstretched. He missed but managed to nick the rogue's ear. "I'm just trying to tell the medicine cats to move," he protested. "I'm not trying to fight--if FrostClan loses any warriors we're doomed." It occurred to him a second later that what he had said was an extremely stupid thing to utter in the presence of a rogue.
ooc: Someone kill Stone already. You don't have to be violent, just poke him or something.

Deadsoul had his claws out, "Stone, no!" he meowed.
Shadowpaw flew threw the bushed. "Stone!" she yowled. "Why? He was my first friend. Before I came to this stupid clan!" she hissed. She opened her mouth and dropped the herbs. She leaned down, licked his ears and chewed some marigold. She spit it out and push it agenst Stone's wounds.

When Deadsoul impacted Stone, his body flopped from the force and his breathing ceased. His spirit drifted up to StarClan, leaving his body behind. The now starry-pelted Stone looked at the path leading to StarClan and the rickety twoleg-like bridge that led to The Place of No Stars. He gulped nervously and sat down, eyes focused on the path leading to StarClan.
Rockfang, against Rainlight's orders, lifted her head to look at Stone, Shadowpaw, and Deadsoul. "What happened?" she mewed warily. A moment later she dropped her head; there had been some muscle damage from her attack.
Whitefire ran over to the medicine cats and relayed the message. "See that tree over there with the roots? This loner called Faunus wants you guys to go over there; he reckons it's safer--what happened?" he finished, catching sight of Stone's limp body.

Shadowsoul turned to Rockfang. "This fur ball with that furball," she spat pointing at Deadsoul and Whitefire, "and now," she paused. "I'm sorry, Rockfang, your father is dead," she meowed looking at her friend. She licked the cat's ears. "Leave her alone you too," she told the toms. "If you need me, I'll be beating on Deadsoul." she meowed. Deadsoul hissed and jumped at the apprentice. Redwind then jumped in and rolled on Shadowpaw. "Pick on someone else!" she spat.

Rockfang sighed in an unusually defeated manner. Her head was on her paws and her eyes stared at nothing in particular. Stone, her only remaining family member, was dead. He had made risky occasional visits into AquaClan's camp to see her...visits that, until now, had been under-appreciated. She didn't care.
"I'm sorry, Rockfang," Whitefire meowed, truly sad. He looked at the ground. She flicked an ear to acknowledge him but continued her apathetic stare.
Quietshadow nodded in agreement. "This is hardly an ideal time, but we have to move to that tree. We don't want more deaths." His voice was somber as well. "Rainlight, would you say that Rockfang is well enough to move a few fox-lengths to the new medicine cat place? Jaystar isn't perfect either, but I'm pretty sure he can walk."
Whitefire blinked, eager to leave this depressing situation. "I need to go see Skypaw." With that, the FrostClan deputy excused himself from the scene.

Badger yowled with exasperation, chasing after Hawkstar. he pushed past any cat the crossed him, determined to not lose his prey again. he would NOT lose his prey again. Seeing Hawkstar close by, attacking Burntstar, Badger yowled and lept, his thick paws landing heavily on Hawkstar's exposed back, Badger's thick claws digging into muscular flesh as they connected.

Flaxeyes blinked at Blackpaw bewildered by his sudden show of affection for her. She purred and licked his cheek back. "Skypaw is with Faunus and Maplepaw. Maplepaw appears to have fractured or broken leg."
Rainlight stood back from Rockfang. "I'm sorry for your lost Rockfang, I think it's safe for you to stand now. Flaxeyes! Can you help Rockfang to this tree of yours?" Flaxeyes nodded and meowed goodbye to Blackpaw.
Rainlight turned to Quietshadow. "We need to get the injured cats away."
Honeyfrost had meowed a goodbye to Owlfoot and had ran over to the group. "Owlfoot's under a bramble bush. I think he's hurt his leg." Her eyes widened as she spotted Owlspot, Redwind and Suntail fighting and yowling with each other. "Owlspot! What in StarClan are you doing?!" she yowled. She had already suspected that Owlspot was on their father's side but now she was more confused.
"She's my mother Redwind!" Owlspot told the she-cat," I can't let you hurt her! I thought I told you who's side I'm on!" His eyes were already wide with pain and exhaustation but now he just looked bewildered.
Burntstar was getting sick of this. "Cactus! Badger! Deadsoul! Finish Hawkstar. This has gone on for too long!" he yowled. He felt Hawkstar leap onto his back but Badger soon took care of that. Icestar bit into his neck and scratched at his shoulders. "This ends now Icestar!" he meowed angrily," BurntClan will have the respect and power it deserves! Every cat will be equal. No more rogues, kittypets or loners. Just cats." Snarling he fell onto his back. Protecting his exposed belly he brough up his hindlegs and kicked out at Icestar's on stomach. His claws dug into the soft flesh and raked downwards.
Smoketalon heard his brother's yowl and ran over to where he was fighting. "Burntstar!" he yowled joyfully," I never thought I would see you again!"
Cactus snarled and lept at the warrior. Smoketalon gasped in surprise and kicked out at the huge cat who had him pinned down. "I'm Burntstar's brother! BURNTSTAR!" he yowled.
Cactus laughed. "You? His brother? Burntstar has no siblings!"
Burntstar heard his brother's voice. 'Great. StarClan is calling to me.' he thought with annoyance. But the meow was too loud. Too real. Annoyed he pulled his fur from Icestar's grasp and attempted to look. He could see Cactus pinning down a grey tom. He narrowed his eyes.
Spider looked through the crowd of cats. He spotted a grey and white tabby cat lying on the crowd. Her sides rose and fell in deep breaths. "Dream!" he yowled, as he recognised her," Dream!" He turned to Nightshade. "My sister's hurt! We have to help her!"

Whitefire appeared at the base of the tree with Faunus, Skypaw, and Maplepaw. "Hello, Faunus," he meowed in greeting. "How are they doing?"
Rockfang rose to her feet. She was unsteady at first but was quickly stable. She sighed. "Let's go." She noticed Smoketalon yelling and watched him for a moment, then turned to Flaxeyes. "Okay, now let's go."
Quietshadow nodded in agreement. "We've only got Jaystar to move but we should take Stone's body too; I believe that Rockfang would want him to be buried."
"Where is she?" asked Nightshade, sniffing the air. "I can't smell anything similar to you with all this blood and stuff." She lifted her head to get a better view; this only put her eyes up to the same location as a cat of normal size.

Stone blinked. "Stoneclaw? You're here? Um...do you still hate me? And will Morningstar let me in?" He flicked his tail nervously. "One more question to annoy you with: Is Daisy there?" He looked around the starry skies. "It's quite...different up here."

Stoneclaw blinked. "Daisy is here, and You'll get quite comfortable here" Stoneclaw let out a long sigh "Stone, here in Starclan I've learned to forgive. I do not hate any cat" His eyes glowed, and touched Stone's shoulder, making Stone's pelt shimmer like the rest of the Starclan cats' pelts. "You are accepted here" He murmered

Stone jumped up eagerly. "Thank you, Stoneclaw!" he meowed loudly. He dipped his head in respect to the other. Then he perked up his ears and declared, "Dying is weird. Anyways, should we get off to find Daisy?" His scared expression quickly changed to one of joy and excitement.

Stormpaw caught sight of Badger, the cat who had attacked him earlier, attacking Hawkstar. He hissed. He would be given respect! The cat would rather fight a leader than an apprentice. He growled, about to take off when a grey cat appeared beside him. "Go after Cactus for now, I'll protect my leader." a firm, determined voice sounded. Stormpaw looked up to the Rainclan cat, seeing it was Wolfheart. With regret, he nodded, backing up. Wolfheart hissed, taking off after Badger.
Hawkstar was about to dig his teeth into Burntstar when he felt a weight crash into him. He yowled as he felt claws find his back, digging in sharply. He let go of Burntstar, shaking the cat but being thrown off balance in the procces. He rolled, skidding on his side to a stop in the dirt. He got to his feet quickly, spitting out dirt and glaring at Badger. He was about to attack back when a blur of grey and black barreled into Badger. Wolfheart scrambled to his feet, growling and he stood between his leader and the rogue. "Take care of Burnstar Hawkstar, I got you covered." he said, his eyes trained on Badger. Hawkstar nodded, turning to help Icestar with Burnstar. He grabbed the scruff of Burnstar's neck, pulling him away from Icestar. "This has gone on long enough, but it's far from over Burnstar." he growled.
A spotted pelt jumped on Cactus, throwing him away from Stoneclaw. Rainfeather hissed, unsheathing her claws and digging them into the tom's back. "Rogue!"
