We have a few main plots going on. The Burntstar's Fanclub plot is slowly falling into place as the involved kits are starting to be apprenticed and learn more about their idol to-be.
BeachClan is on the verge of attacking FrostClan. What will happen to the snowfaring cats if their sand-dwelling rivals succeed in their offensive? And what would this mean for the other clans?
AquaClan is still reeling from the destruction of their entire territory in a forest fire. However, spring is on the way, so the new shoots of green poking through the ash may finally be a sign that everything is going to be all right. They have been living in the no-cat's-land for about six moons now...

FrostClan has recently suffered a small snowstorm; expect sleeting and thick frost. RainClan is finding thick frost in the higher parts of the forest but it is quickly melting where the sun's rays reach it. BeachClan has a splattering of snow but it is relatively sunny with cold sea breezes. AquaClan is finding the same in their territory with morning frost preventing any new growth. Expect more rain and snow at higher levels.
Non-clan cats joining clans (this includes clan cats who were formerly rogues, loners, or kittypets).

THE RULES!(See before joining!) « Thread Started on Sept 30, 2007, 1:11pm »
PLEASE CREATE AN ACCOUNT BEFORE POSTING YOUR APPLICATION.
ONCE YOU HAVE TWO CLAN CATS, YOU NEED TO MAKE A KITTYPET, A LONER, OR STARCLAN MEMBER!! ADMINS DON'T NEED TO BE ACCEPTED. THEY ALREADY DO TOO MUCH WORK. Thank you.
The rules are here for a reason, so start reading. Hidden in here is a codeword which must be placed in your application to show you have read the rules.
General Rules (the easy ones) 1. NO SPAMMING! 2. Don't hurt each other's feelings. I don't want to put up with it. 3. NO CH@TSPEAK! I don't want to deal with it. Remember, you are roleplaying. NOT talking to your friends on AIM! 4. Don't harass the other members. Sexism, racism, rudeness, and anything remotely similar won't be tolerated.
Roleplaying Rules 1. No godmoding (Becoming totally invincible) 2. No powerplaying (Controlling another person's character or having your character directly inflict wounds, etc.) 3. No flaming (Fighting in OOC) 4. Try to use correct spelling, grammar, etc. 5. And of course, NO SPAMMING!
Gathering 1. The leader brings four or more cats to the Gatherings. Fighting is not allowed unless it's part of a plot. 2. Gatherings follow the rules in the series. 3. Once a strip of a black cloud goes over the moon, the Gathering is over. 4. You cannot start a fight unless it's for a reason. NO BATTLE TRAINING OR PRACTICING AT THE GATHERING. 5. The people who roleplay the leaders are the ones who choose the cats who go to the Gathering. If the leader is inactive, on vacation, or is for some other reason missing the Gathering, then the person who roleplays the deputy shall take their spot.
Characters 1. You may only have two main positions. (leader, deputy, medicine cat, medicine cat apprentice) Come on, give someone else a chance. 2. You must roleplay with all your cats. If not, more than half your cats can be deleted or killed in a mysterious circumstance. 3. DON'T BE STUPID AND SAY YOU HAVE SUPER POWERS OR WEIRD PELT COLOURS! 4. You can be in more than one place at once. 5. It's helpful (but not required) for you to put your cats and their clans in your signature. 6. You will HAVE TO APPLY FOR EVERY CAT YOU WANT TO MAKE! Please, I can't stress this enough. 7. Please read the naming guide. We are more strict about traditional naming than your traditional Warriors roleplay site. As the admins, we are able to reject your application because of the name. 8. Plagiarism (stealing someone else's character) will not be tolerated. You'll be banned.
Territories 1. You can go into the other clans' territories but if you want to start a war, post in the "Plots" board.
Terminology moon=month season=3 months 3 moons=1 season twoleg=human thunderpath=twoleg highway kittypet= house cat tom=male she-cat=female housefolk=kittypet name for twoleg prey=food
C-box Rules 1. All ooc rules apply in the C-box. 2. No spamming in the C-box. 3. No advertising in the C-box.

Basic Grammar
~Capital letters for names, places, the pronoun 'I' and days of the week/months. Those who don't know this will be beaten with the 'titular' on the top of their lower capital 'i'.
~Capital letters are at the start of sentences, after a full stop and at the start of speech.
~A new line for a new speaker. I swear if I don't see you doing this, I will slap you with a particulary large salmon. This is not an example >:D
~Speech is formed like so; "Oh golly gosh," he breathed," Did you see that?" Her laugh was like wind chimes, light and musical. "I've never seen a unicorn before." "What can I do for you?" he asked.
~Exclamation marks and question marks have the same power as a full stop.
~You can use italics or bold to emphasise a word. In the warrior series they are also used to show thoughts. She was so pretty or The fish was huge!
~Proboards supplies a Spell Checker. Use it. Although, it is American English but English English is perfectly fine. Ali uses English English.
Homonyms
Homonyms are those ghastly words which sound nearly or exactly the same as another word with a different meaning. These can often trip people up when spelling so here is a list to help you;
~ Bear, Bare and Beer A bear devoured my lunch. The floor was bare, nothing on it. I drunk so much beer last night I was sick.
~ See and Sea I can see her over by the old oak tree. Doesn't the sea look awful blue today?
~ Knew and New I knew that she was not human. Look at my new Porche.
~ There and Their Over there is the bike stand. She brought their neightbour's dog to the show.
Ownership
You are staring at somebodies writing and ask yourself " Why do they put apostrophes after their words in some places?" I've asked myself that quite a few times and here is the answer.
When you are talking about somebody else's object or possession you have to put an apostrophe after the 's'. Like so;
Sarah's new bike, Dad's leg or the computer's cables.
A good way to remember this is to stop and think, "Can the subject own this object?" If the answer is yes, put in an apostrophe. But if their is more than one subject the apostrophe goes after the 's'.
The nuns' habits were drycleaned every Tuesday.
